Technical assistance and evaluation
The area of technical assistance and evaluation is based on the different vectors of peacebuilding, disaster risk reduction, and humanitarian action, geared to both public and private entities, and its work is categorized in the following way: projects and programs final, intermediate, ex-ante, and real-time evaluations; technical assistance in the design, implementation, and evaluation of public policies, programs, projects and targeted actions; processes of systematization of experiences; and diagnostic and participatory identifications processes.

Inspire Consortium
We are members of this consortium together with Groupe URD, Overseas Development Institute (ODI), and Development Initiatives, aiming to support the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG-ECHO), and to provide advisory services and specialized training on key humanitarian issues, such as gender and protection in emergencies, to both DG-ECHO members and its partners on the ground.
Consulting services
For NGOs, international organizations, and donors through the preparation of situation reports, public policy documents, and research documents. We have worked with the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA)-Colombia, or the Norwegian Centre for Conflict Resolution (NOREF), among others.
Evaluations
We have carried out dozens of evaluations for NGOs, local, regional, and central governments in Spain, the DG-ECHO, and United Nations agencies. Highlighting among others those carried out for the UNDP, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Lutheran World Federation, Plan International Spain, the Spanish Red Cross, Intermón-Oxfam, Obra Social “la Caixa”, Action Against Hunger, and Mercy Corps.
