Pilar Cirugeda


Pilar Cirugeda is a physician with more than twenty years of experience in MSF, the Red Cross, and other organizations. She holds a degree in Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s in Public Health from the Free University of Brussels. She is an expert in Humanitarian Action and International Cooperation; She has worked on program management, advice on health programs, training, and evaluation tasks with different organizations (Doctors Without Borders and the Red Cross among others). She collaborates with the Institute in technical assistance, evaluations, advice, and training activities in the areas of health, planning, evaluation, and gender in humanitarian action.
