Leire López Delgado


She is a FLASH collaborator and works in courses, technical assistance, and evaluations. She has more than 15 years of experience in international cooperation and currently works as an independent consultant in technical assistance, training, and evaluation.

She has a degree in Social Sciences, with a specialization in Political Science and a postgraduate degree in Budgets, Poverty and Gender, International Development and Evaluation. She has worked in Brazil as Regional Manager of the Gender and Governance Budget Program, and in Peru as Focal Point of UNIFEM (now UN Women). She has also worked as a humanitarian worker in Chile, in a local development program, and in the projects and international cooperation department of different NGOs.
