Milagros is doing internships in the training area, giving support to the organization, execution and development of the institute’s training activities.

She graduated in Public Administration from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), and is studying a Master’s Degree in International Cooperation and Management of Development Policies, Programs and Projects from the Ortega y Gasset University Research Institute (IUIOG).
