Between the months of February and March, around 60 candidates have participated in the first three trainings of the year in Spain.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As usual, the trainings took place at the Sagrados Corazones residence in San Lorenzo del Escorial and were given by a team of trainers made up of IECAH staff and external consultants specialized in project management, interculturality, security and gender issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I really enjoyed the course, I consider that the topics addressed were very relevant and pertinent for the future work.&#8221; &#8211; Participant MA10&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Excellent organization, time management, specialized professionals and combination between theory and practice. I think it is perfectly taken care of, from Victoria&#8217;s closeness and professionalism as a mentor to the choice of space.&#8221; &#8211; Participant MA11&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These training courses are implemented by a consortium made up of Lattanzio KIBS, Punto Sud, IECAH, Bioforce and the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (IFHV) in collaboration with the European Agency for Education and Culture (EACEA), which plans to train around a thousand volunteers to apply for volunteer positions in different parts of the world. Some of the participants of the first editions have already been deployed to their destinations by their sending organizations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the remainder of
