This work is carried out together with colleagues from <a href=\"https:\/\/artival.es\/#pll_switcher\">Artival Research<\/a> and focuses on the analysis of the work of the Regional Delegation of the ICRC, which in recent years has promoted prevention and influence on various relevant actors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the activities of the Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Lima (hereinafter the Delegation), in recent years the work of prevention and influence on various relevant actors has been promoted, with the aim of fostering a suitable environment for the defense of international humanitarian law (IHL), international law governing the rules of law enforcement (including international human rights law) and the use of force.
