In recent times it has been determined that threats feed back each other. Moreover, we live in a dynamic world, therefore, our only option to deal with them is to do it in a preventive manner. Reality forces us to try to have as much knowledge as possible of the different factors that surround us, but accepting at the same time that there will always be a certain level of uncertainty in the data that informs our decisions.
