More than 20 years of experience in the field of disaster response, identification, evaluation, coordination, and management of Water Hygiene and Sanitation programs in humanitarian aid. He has worked as Water, Hygiene, and Sanitation Coordinator, Technical/Logistics Coordinator, Consultant, and Researcher at Doctors Without Borders (Holland, Spain), Action Against Hunger, and Intermon Oxfam, among others. As a Teacher and Instructor of vocational training (1994 Germany) in 2006 he created the consulting and training company FLASH with which he organizes and teaches technical specialization courses and classes in the field of Logistics, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene.

He has professional experience in the field of cooperation and humanitarian action in Nicaragua, Western Sahara, Iraq, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Guatemala, Belize, Ecuador, Panama, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Tanzania, Georgia, Colombia, Palestine, Sudan, Kenya, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Yemen, Guinea Bissau, Zimbabwe.
